Try the live demoThe problem
- SharePoint comes with most Microsoft 365 business plans, but it starts as a blank site.
- Building a company intranet from scratch for every client is slow and costly, so we built a starting point we can brand and set up for each business.
What we built
- A home page with company news, events and quick links.
- An HR hub for leave, payslips, policies, announcements and a team directory.
- A project hub with status, budgets, a task board and a timeline.
- An approvals centre, expense claims with receipts, an asset register and vehicle booking.
- A news web part built with the SharePoint Framework that reads straight from a SharePoint list.
- Scripts that set up a new client's site, apply their branding and run a go or no-go check before handover.
- A brand intake form so a client can send us their logo, colours and details in one go.
Take a tour
Short screen recordings of each part, clicked through in the live demo.
The outcome
- A live, clickable demo with a sample company, Nexus Corp, and sample data.
- The news web part has been running on our own Microsoft 365 test site since May 2026.
- Next step: turning the rest of the demo pages into SharePoint web parts for the first client roll-out.
